Honest answers to the questions MSPs actually ask.

Plans & pricing
What’s the difference between Learn and Plus?
Learn ($999/mo) is internal-focused: training, baselines, AI support, and 5 Expert Service Activities per month for use on your own tenant or for learning.
Plus ($1,599/mo, 1-year) adds done-for-you client delivery: 10 total Service Activities per month usable on your clients’ tenants, multi-tenant tools, priority booking with specialists, and sales/QBR co-delivery.
Can I switch from Learn to Plus?
What’s your month-to-month rate for Plus?
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?
No — and we don’t sell them either. Netlogic My365 does not sell Microsoft 365 licenses to any tenant. We help you sell licenses to your clients so the margin stays with your MSP.
Two paths, depending on where you are:
- You already have a CSP (Pax8, Ingram Micro, Sherweb, TD SYNNEX, etc.) — we help you pick the right SKUs for each engagement and your CSP handles provisioning and billing.
- You don’t have a CSP yet — we help your client buy direct from Microsoft, and we coach you on the path to picking up your own CSP relationship when the volume justifies it.
My365 is the technical, training, and delivery program around the licensing. Licensing margin stays with you.

Who is Monty Monitor?
Monty Monitor is your team’s AI support assistant on My365. He’s grounded on Microsoft documentation, our internal playbooks, and current best practices — ask him any Microsoft-related question and get a sourced answer before escalating to a human.
Your techs reach Monty two ways, both via guest access in Netlogic’s own Microsoft 365 tenant:
- Microsoft Teams — chat with Monty inline, the same way you’d chat with a colleague.
- My365 Partner Center in SharePoint — ask Monty inside the same workspace where you find playbooks, baseline assets, and marketing collateral.
Asking Monty does not consume Service Activities; only direct sessions with a My365 Team Member do.
Does this replace my Microsoft CSP relationship?
No. My365 sits alongside your CSP. We don’t resell licenses, we don’t take over your client billing, and we don’t insert ourselves between you and your CSP — we strengthen the technical practice you wrap around the licensing relationship you already have.
If you don’t have a CSP yet, we help your client buy direct from Microsoft and coach you toward picking one up when your volumes warrant it.
Will My365 help me grow into a Microsoft Solutions Partner myself?
Yes — that’s the explicit goal. Every license you sell, every client tenant you stand up, every Microsoft 365 deployment success score you accumulate counts toward your Microsoft partner-program metrics, not ours. We want every MSP in the program to earn the Microsoft Solutions Partner — Modern Work designation as their capabilities and volume grow.
The Baseline Builder, Service Activities, training, marketing collateral, and Monty Monitor are the leverage that moves you up the partner-program ladder faster than going it alone.
How do I actually make money on Plus?
What can I bill my clients for above and beyond what My365 includes?
What kinds of projects can I run through you?
What’s the difference between a Service Activity and a project?
Is there a partner referral incentive?
Can I see your security posture before I commit?
Yes. We publish a Public Security Posture & Compliance Architecture report covering every internal control, mapped to the Microsoft Zero Trust pillars (Identity, Devices, Apps, Data, Infrastructure) and aligned to 11+ frameworks including the Microsoft Win11 25H2 Security Baseline, CIS Level 1, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
It’s the same configuration we deploy through Baseline Builder to your client tenants. We operate it ourselves first, which means when your client’s auditor or compliance reviewer asks tough questions, you have a defensible answer.
How do you help us cut Level 1 and 2 ticket volume?
We publish two comprehensive end-user guides that explain how to operate a Windows 11 PC or a macOS device running our baseline: sign-in flows, MFA, BitLocker / FileVault recovery, the approved-app install model, OneDrive setup, Teams onboarding, the everyday questions that turn into tickets when nobody documents them.
Open them here: Windows 11 Get Started · macOS Get Started. Both are interactive, illustrated, and kept current with each baseline release. Most partners send the link with their welcome email; the time you don’t spend on resets and “how do I” tickets is margin you keep.
