What is My365

What is My365? A partner program built around how MSPs actually work.

Microsoft 365 is the most common platform you’ll deploy for clients. My365 helps your MSP land it consistently, deliver it confidently, and scale it without burning out the team you already have.

One platform, one playbook

Every My365 plan gives your team unlimited access to a shared playbook: training paths, tenant baselines, project templates, and Monty Monitor — an AI assistant grounded in Microsoft documentation, available in Teams and our Partner Center in SharePoint.

Plus tier? You also get done-for-you delivery on client work, multi-tenant baseline tools, and direct booking time with our specialists when something gets messy.

How does My365 work, start to finish?

There is no lengthy implementation and no platform to migrate onto. My365 is a subscription to a team and a playbook — you keep the stack, the tools, and the clients you already have.

1. Pick your plan

Start on Learn ($999/month, month-to-month) to build the practice on your own tenant first, or go straight to Plus if you are ready to deliver on client tenants. Plus is $1,799/mo month-to-month, or $1,599/mo on a 1-Year commitment. Switch tiers any time as you grow.

2. Onboard your whole team

Every tech, sales rep, and account manager gets access — there is no per-seat math. They get the Internal Staff Training Hub, certification program access, the Partner Center in SharePoint, and Monty Monitor, our AI assistant, right inside Teams.

3. Start delivering

Use your monthly Expert Service Activities to unblock techs internally (Learn) or deliver real work on client tenants (Plus). Anything bigger becomes a pass-through project at member rates, which you resell at fair market value.

What does Netlogic do, and what stays entirely yours?

The most common question we get from MSP owners is some version of “are you going to end up owning my client?” The answer is no, and here is exactly where the line sits.

What Netlogic My365 handlesWhat stays 100% yours
The technical delivery. Tenant assessments, security baselines, Conditional Access, Intune, Purview, Copilot rollouts. The client relationship. We do not assume your client relationships, billing, or contractual obligations.
Deep-bench escalation. When scope, security, or compliance turns technical, a specialist picks it up. Your SOW and your invoicing. You scope and quote the project; you bill the client.
Training and enablement. Structured Microsoft 365 learning paths and certification prep for your techs. Your brand. Marketing collateral is white-label — rebrand it and ship it as your own.
Multi-tenant tooling. Baseline Builder and Tenant Assessments across client tenants on Plus. Your CSP relationship. We do not resell Microsoft licenses, so that margin never leaves your business.
Sales and QBR co-delivery. On Plus, we join your client meetings as your technical bench. The room. It is still your meeting and your account — we are there with you, not instead of you.

💡 In practice: you stay client-facing. We are the deep bench for the moments where Microsoft 365 gets genuinely technical — and those are exactly the moments that used to force you to either hire a specialist or walk away from the work.

We don’t sell Microsoft 365 licenses. On purpose.

Netlogic My365 is not a CSP and not a distributor. You sell licenses to your clients through your own CSP relationship — Pax8, Ingram Micro, Sherweb, whoever you already use — or we help your client buy direct from Microsoft. Licensing margin stays with you, in full.

This matters more than it sounds. It means we are never quoting against you, never competing for the same margin, and never in a position where your licensing spend is our revenue. And because the licenses are sold under your relationship, every license you sell and every tenant you stand up accumulates Microsoft partner-program metrics for your MSP — not ours. We want you to earn the designations too.

Who is behind My365?

My365 is the MSP partner program from Netlogic Computer Consulting, which has been turning Microsoft technology into business advantage for organizations across New England and beyond since 2005. We hold the Microsoft Solutions Partner — Modern Work designation, a tier earned by demonstrating Microsoft 365 deployment, security, and adoption performance across measurable customer success metrics.

We also publish our own security posture in full. The Baseline Builder we help you deploy to client tenants is the same Microsoft Zero Trust configuration we operate on our own endpoints — first-person operation, not just recommendation.
